Warren Partners Launches Technology Search Practice
March 23, 2016 – Executive recruiters Warren Partners has added Ian Mullett and Sarn Terry as directors to launch the firm’s new technology practice. Both join the firm from Harvey Nash, where they specialized in technology and professional services.
Mr. Mullett has amassed more than 20 years of U.K. and international search experience and specializes in enterprise software, telecoms and IT services. Prior to joining Harvey Nash, he spent six years as a partner within the TMT practice at Odgers Ray & Berndtson, where he was responsible for building and developing the firm’s technology sector capability. He has particular expertise in fast growing businesses, start-ups, pre-IPO enterprises and software businesses.
Mr. Terry specializes in professional services, technology and infrastructure and has more than a decade’s worth of international experience recruiting senior executives and numerous leadership hiring programs for top global companies. He has conducted multiple searches across EMEA and the emerging markets and serves an extensive roster of clients including Fortune 500, FT250, pre-IPO and private equity-backed firms.

Warren Partners is a U.K.-based executive search firm devoted to supporting and recruiting executive and non-executive directors across the U.K. and internationally. The firm has offices in London, Cheshire and Edinburgh.
The firm recently elected Alastair Da Costa as its new chairman. The appointment enables founding director, Joelle Warren, to devote more time to her ambassadorial role and development of the firm’s board practice. Mr. Da Costa spent over 20 years practicing as an international corporate lawyer and just concluded a one-year project as the first chief executive of the new Prince’s Trust International.
In December, Warren Partners added former CTPartners recruiter Laurence Vallaeys as a director. She now augments the firm’s capability in senior executive and non-executive recruitment in the FMCG, retail and leisure sectors.
