Vista Equity Partners Acquires Bullhorn

June 19, 2012 – Vista Equity Partners has acquired Bullhorn, a global provider of on-demand front office staffing and recruitment software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Vista Equity Partners is a private equity firm with over $6.6 billion in committed capital.
