Vetted Solutions Appoints VP in Washington, D.C.

October 19, 2016 – Executive search firm Vetted Solutions LLC has added Nancy Green as vice president in its Washington, D.C., office.

In her new role, Ms. Green will expand the firm’s activities in the areas of succession planning, interim executive appointments, onboarding, and leadership development. Her arrival will allow the firm’s founder, Jim Zaniello, to focus on further expansion and growth opportunities.

Ms. Green brings more than 25 years of experience in the management and leadership of association and non-profit organizations, notably in the education and healthcare sectors. She is a widely respected speaker and author on all aspects of organizational leadership, drawing upon a career as an association chief executive, interim executive and effective advocate for inclusive workplaces.

“Few, if any, other people have the track record of exceptional accomplishment that Nancy brings to Vetted Solutions,” said Mr. Zaniello. “She has done it all — led growing and successful organizations, served as interim executive director, managed staff transitions and succession plans, built effective board relationships, expanded strategic partnerships and more. Others talk about what they can do, Nancy has actually done it.”

Vetted doesn’t subscribe to cookie-cutter solutions, and neither do I.”

In addition to her experience enhancing the value propositions of associations in order to engage the industries and professions they serve, Mr. Zaniello also noted that Ms. Green’s extensive experience in dealing with governance and planning issues, especially involving succession planning, director recruitment, talent development and evaluation, and similar critical leadership matters.

“Nancy knows how to deal effectively with boards, CEOs and others at the most senior levels to create a seamless approach to all aspects of leadership,” Mr. Zaniello said. “She’s a recognized expert in not just cultivating superior leadership talent but also in knowing how to develop it to its full potential.  She knows how to make all the pieces of the leadership puzzle fit together.”
