Vectrus Names Charles Prow President, CEO

RESTON, VA, December 12, 2016 — Vectrus Inc. announced the appointment of Charles “Chuck” Prow as President and CEO, effective Dec. 6, 2016. He will also be appointed to the Board of Directors. Mattson and Company, a board advisory and executive search firm that specializes in senior executive talent selection and effective board governance, assisted in the search.
