TriNet Group Restructures HR Consulting Practice

June 21, 2011 – TriNet Group, Inc., a provider of human resources outsourcing services, has announced the reformation of the field operations organization to enhance the customer support TriNet provides its 5,000 clients. The company’s human capital consulting team will now report to Patrick Villella, a newly appointed vice president who will further represent clients’ interests at the executive table. Two new roles were created to support the new effort: Mr. Villella will serve as vice president while Debra Squyres was named executive director. “Separating out our services team strengthens our ability to remain a client-centric organization because it reduces the number of employees between the customer and the C-suite and it allows for the specialization of our products and services to key verticals,” said Mr. Villella. “This is a metamorphosis for our company and it’s a revolutionary shift within our industry; this move will help us empirically shape the companies we serve.”
