TriNet Group Appoints COO

December 16, 2009 – TriNet Group, Inc., a provider of human resources outsourcing services for small businesses, has named Carlos Galarce as chief operating officer. Mr. Galarce’s first priority is the acceleration of the company’s technology upgrade process related to the closing of its acquisition of Florida-based Gevity in June. He will also focus on the advancement of the company’s people, process and technology platforms for the first-class delivery of services to clients. “Carlos has a proven track record of driving scale to the integration of technology and applications that deliver quality services to both internal and external constituencies,” said Burton M. Goldfield, TriNet’s president and CEO. “As we expand our offering we will look to Carlos’ expertise in operational execution to expand our platform driving top-line growth.” Mr. Galarce was most recently the managing partner of Santiago Partners, a management and operational consultancy for private equity-owned companies. Prior to that, he was CIO and chief administration officer for Infor Global Solutions, a software company.
