It will be headed by Anne Chevillotte, who has over 15 years of experience in executive search. She is joined partners Stephane Glowinski and Olivia Gallois and associate partner Nathalie Alexandre.

Ms. Chevillotte specializes in manufacturing and business-to-business services. She covers searches in manufacturing (packaging, food, chemical, automotive, engineering, medical device) and leisure / travelling. She has worked for TRANSEARCH for the past 15 years.

Mr. Glowinski has been in executive search since 2007 and he operates mainly in the firm’s industry practice, covering the transport and automotive sectors and has a strong focus on supply chain, logistic, manufacturing, purchasing, operations and improvement of the performance.

Ms. Alexandre leads the firm’s IT services, digital and media practice. She brings 15 years of experience in IT services, software and CRM, both with private French as well as foreign multinationals. Prior to working in executive search, she was deputy VP of the integration systems division at T-Systems France (IT subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom).

“The team is excited to be working with such consummate professional partners internationally and proud to be tasked to build an historic brand that is well-known and respected by our clients,” said Ms. Chevillotte.

“I am absolutely delighted to welcome this team on board,” said TRANSEARCH founder Alain Tanugi. ”I have professionally known and worked with most of them over the last 15 years and I can attest to their commitment, professionalism and passion. With a strong team in Strasbourg already established, adding Paris to the equation enables us to put TRANSEARCH firmly back on the map in France.”

The economy of Paris is today based largely on services and commerce. Of the 390,480 enterprises in the city, some 80 percent are engaged in commerce, transportation, and diverse services, 6.5 percent in construction, and just 3.8 percent in industry.

Continued Expansion

TRANSEARCH has recently been seen expanding in various other regions around the globe.

Just recently, it strengthened its presence in Dubai with the additions of Philip de Waal and Peter Greaves as partners. Mr. de Waal has developed a track record in senior level assignments across the Asia Pacific region, ranging from searches for regional leadership and technical leadership roles in E&P companies, oil field services, consultancy firms, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) and Subsea as well as regional leadership for private equity backed portfolio businesses. Previously, he was vice president at Maxwell Drummond International. Mr. Greaves has 30 years of experience in recruitment and executive search. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, he founded and led his own search boutique, IES HR Consultants.

In September it opened two offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. The Johannesburg team is headed up by Zinhle Matentji, who serves as chief executive officer of the new location. She has a strong focus on financial services, consumer, retail, petrochemical, logistics /supply chain, mining and chemicals. The Cape Town team is led by Gerrit Wahl, who retained the title of managing partner. Mr. Wahl is an experienced executive search consultant and has worked on more than 100 search assignments in South Africa and Sub-Sahara Africa, in almost all industries and functional roles, for global, regional and local clients.

The firm also launched a new office in Strasbourg, France with the addition of consultants from Neuman & Partners France. Marie-Helene Sohler and Gonzalo de Pedro joined TRANSEARCH as managing directors, along with their support team of executive search professionals. Both recruiters were part of Neumann & Partners, a firm that was acquired by now-defunct CTPartners and subsequently acquired by Chicago-based DHR International as part of its asset acquisition of CTPartners last year.
