TheRightThing Closes Out Strong 2010

December 15, 2010 – Global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider The RightThing has closed out 2010 with a 30 percent rise in revenues. The company secured over 20 new deals over the course of the year in the biotechnology, business services, communications, finance, insurance, manufacturing, marketing, pharmaceutical, retail and technology industries. “In the aftermath of the recession, many HR Leaders faced with decimated recruiting departments no longer have the capacity to quickly scale back up internally. This has led them to evaluate their current processes and in some cases, turn to RPO for superior talent acquisition practices with the ability to drive higher quality,” said Terry Terhark, CEO. “As the RPO industry has matured, it has become a very viable business strategy and I believe we are extremely well positioned going into 2011.” To supplement client growth, The RightThing added key operational enhancements throughout the year including a dedicated Solutions Team aimed at enhancing the transition between sales, implementation and operations. The company also secured partnerships with service providers including Jobs2Web, ZeroChaos and mResource to boost employment branding efforts, provide total recruiting and workforce management solutions as well as mobile recruiting initiatives respectively. In June, The RightThing also announced plans to open a global recruitment operations center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to support the direct needs of The RightThing's Latin American clients as well as other parts of the world.
