The Newman Group Adds Talent Management Pro

January 23, 2011 – The Newman Group, a Futurestep company and provider of talent management consulting solutions, has added Madeline Laurano as talent systems analyst and advisory practice leader. In this role, Ms. Laurano will oversee the continuing development and evolution of the company's talent management technology consulting and thought leadership activity. This includes management of talent systems evaluation and selection services as well as oversight of industry monitoring, research, communications and presentations. She joins The Newman Group from Bersin & Associates, where she served as principal analyst of talent acquisition.
