TEMPLE, TX, April 26, 2017 — The McAulay Smith Firm has placed Natalie Curtis as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Texas Hydraulics, Inc. (THI). THI is a preferred global provider of engineered hydraulic solutions headquartered in Temple, Texas. Since 1968, the company has been a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered, hydraulic components to leading Original Equipment Manufacturers. By executing strategies consistent with lean enterprise, technical leadership and having the support of a large private equity firm (Wynnchurch), THI continues to expand its leading position in the custom hydraulic cylinder, swivel and related component markets.

Natalie previously served as the Director of Human Resources for the Central Region of Commercial Metals Company, a $7.8 billion manufacturer of steel and metal products. She brings with her over 18 years of human resources experience including human capital planning, talent management, employee and labor relations, and succession planning along with training and organizational development strategies in the industrial, manufacturing and homebuilding industries. She holds a B.S. degree in Human Resources Development.
