The Magurany Group Opens Doors

January 27, 2011 – Mike Magurany has founded boutique retained search firm The Magurany Group. Mr. Magurany is a 17-year veteran of the executive search industry. He was previously the director of leadership recruiting for Kohl’s Department Stores. From 1999-2005, Mr. Magurany was a principal in the Chicago office of Heidrick & Struggles where he was a part of the firm’s global consumer practice and worked on C-level assignments across the consumer products and retail industries. He began his executive search career in 1993 with Cook Associates, a boutique search firm based in Chicago.
