The Curzon Partnership and Trinitas Search Partners Merge

June 16, 2015 – U.K. search firms, The Curzon Partnership and Trinitas Search Partners, have merged to form CurzonTrinitas Ltd. The new entity will bring together two executive search businesses with expertise in the energy, infrastructure and finance sectors. “The combination of our two businesses will create one of the largest London-based executive search firms focusing on the infrastructure & energy sectors and will ensure that we are well-positioned to build on our reputation as an informed, dependable and client-focused firm,” said Ms. Christopherson, managing partner in charge of the firm’s energy sector practice group.

Other partners include Catherine Armstrong, infrastructure and finance; Simon Coxon, infrastructure‎ and finance; Helen Di Mauro, energy; Richard Golding, infrastructure; and William Lacon, energy and finance.

The firm is organized in three practice areas: The infrastructure team covers the transport, utilities, energy infrastructure and social infrastructure  markets; working for financial institutions, advisors and corporations the firm’s specialists recruit equity investors, debt providers, and M&A and other advisory professionals as well as senior management for contractors and operating companies. The energy practice has a focus on the oil & gas sector and also works heavily in the power, renewables and new nuclear industries. The finance team works with financial services, advisory and corporate clients, recruiting CFOs and their direct reports, as well as treasurers, senior tax professionals, and senior-level experts in corporate and project finance, and turnaround, restructuring and debt advisory personnel.

CurzonTrinitas is a member of IIC Partners, an organization with over 55 offices spread across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. The firm recently placed the chief executive of The Board of Oil & Gas U.K., the leading trade association for the U.K. offshore oil and gas industry.
