The Carter Group Expands Internationally

November 27, 2011 – Executive search firm The Carter Group has added Dr. Ralph Jauss and Maik Richter as partners. Dr. Jauss is based in Hamburg, Germany and will be partner for Northern Europe (DACH Region). He has worked in different management positions for companies in the transport industry, professional services as well as in the financial sector. In the past 15 years that Dr. Jauss has spent in executive recruiting, he has gained experience in aerospace, logistics, automotive, manufacturing, steel, chemicals and finance. Mr. Richter is based in Singapore and will serve as partner in the Asia-Pacific. In addition to his background in executive search, he has worked in a number of countries in the Eastern Hemisphere (Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore) and gained extensive experience in regional business development as well as in strategic business consulting.
