TalentRISE Expands Search Staff

March 29, 2016 – Chicago-based executive search firm TalentRISE has added Deborah Snow Walsh as a managing director.

Ms. Walsh has spent more than 25 years in numerous revenue generating consulting roles within insurance, banking and financial services, holding positions of increasing responsibility in client management, business development, talent strategy and talent management.

Most recently, she was as a managing director at executive search firm Reilly Partners. Previously, she was a managing director at Horton International. Prior to that, she served as vice president of strategic talent at Zurich Financial, where she led executive recruiting, diversity and university relations, and was instrumental in developing a strategy for continued growth in talent acquisition for the organization.

Before that, she operated her own executive search business for 16 years, primarily serving Fortune 100 corporations, including IBM, HSBC, Pfizer, JPMorgan Chase and The Gap.

Her earlier career also included service to large corporations through a variety of leadership positions within the financial services industry, including The Equitable and Travelers.

TalentRISE provides executive search services to the technology, professional services, healthcare, life sciences, consumer, financial services, non-profit, insurance, private equity, and industrial sectors.

This past fall, the firm added Jennifer Chapman as director, executive search. She has placed senior level candidates into organizations ranging from start-up venture capital concerns to Fortune 50 companies in general management, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, legal, distribution, operations, actuarial, customer service, and IT positions. Previously, Ms. Chapman was a member of the global financial services and insurance practices at CTPartners.
