Talent Alliance Partners with Global Talent in Shanghai

May 21, 2010 – Talent Alliance, Inc. has agreed to definitive terms with Global Talent in Shanghai, China regarding strategic technology and revenue sharing. Under the terms of the agreement, Global Talent will offer the jointly developed RPO platform which was built by combining Talent Alliance's China Talent Exchange and Global Talent's Cloud ATS. Global Talent is a mature player in the Shanghai recruitment marketplace with numerous large international clients such as Wyeth, Pioneer, Lotte and Geberit. Global Talent has approximately 25 employees in Shanghai and expects to devote its resources to marketing the joint platform in China. “This is the first phase of our refocus toward the China market,” said Jeremy Stobie, CEO of Talent Alliance. “China's recruitment market is currently booming and the combined technology will be a significant value creator in the marketplace. The new offering will be focused at helping recruiters shorten their sales cycles significantly, close more placements and make more money.” The company expects to launch this joint offering within 30 days.
