SpenglerFox Names Practice Leaders

May 25, 2017 – Executive search firm SpenglerFox has expanded with the addition of two leaders in Europe. Sylvain Gauffre takes over as practice group leader for finance services in Frankfurt and Krzysztof Chobot becomes practice group leader for industrial in Warsaw.

Mr. Gauffre has worked in the talent management / executive search industry since 2007. His search experience crosses multiple disciplines, including investment and commercial banking, structured finance/ asset-based financing risk-management, retail banking and consumer finance. In addition to his core work in financial services, he also has experience in agriculture commodities and the oil and gas industries.

Prior to joining SpenglerFox, Mr.Gauffre worked as area sales director for the Cifal Group. He was in charge of regional sales and contracts in Russia and Central Asia. Previously, he was senior manager at Michael Page International, in both Russia and Austria. He has also worked as a corporate lawyer for the leading industrial & engineering contractor in Romania, Uzinexport, and asset-management firm ADI Alternative Investments in Paris.

Mr. Krzysztof has more than 10 years experience in executive search. Prior to joining SpenglerFox, he worked at Hudson Global, where his focus was primarily within the industry and manufacturing as well as chemicals, energy & utilities and construction materials sectors. Beforehand, he worked for Hays Executive, where he developed the company’s direct search practice in Poland and central and eastern Europe. He began his career with Boyden, where he was involved in numerous recruitment projects in the consumer goods and manufacturing sectors.
