Spencer Ogden Opens 4th U.K. Office

May 12, 2014 – Recruiting firm Spencer Ogden has launched a new office based in Manchester, England. It joins London, Aberdeen and Glasgow as the 4th U.K.-based office and the 13th worldwide. The Manchester office will be led by Phil Bygrave, who will be heading up a commercial and business development team and a key accounts division. His main focus will be to develop long term contracts with existing clients and generate new ones. Mr. Bygrave, who takes on the title of commercial director, has 11 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry and seven years working specifically in the oil and gas sector.
