Saba Helps Launch Online Federal Talent Community

February 24, 2010 – Saba, a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, has announced that Jim Gill, vice president, public sector, at Saba, has joined the advisory board of TMGov.org, a recently launched site dedicated to talent management in government. Mr. Gill will help develop the direction of TMGov.org and run by the Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI), a free source for talent management professionals in government. “Our belief is that many of the government's workforce challenges can be met through improving the skills, motivation, and productivity of workers,” said Mr. Gill. “TMGov.org's aim is to give managers access to the broadest and best information resources available in the advancing field of talent management.” Saba has worked in the U.S. public sector, with customers including the Army; Air Force; Marines; Coast Guard; Navy; Department of Justice; Department of Treasury; and the Department of Labor, among others.
