SABA Announces New CEO

August 19, 2013 – Saba, a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, has named Shawn Farshchi as its president and chief executive officer; he will also serve as a member of the firm's board of directors. “The board is very impressed with the strategic vision, operational excellence, and business performance Shawn has demonstrated as interim CEO,” said Bill Russell, non-executive chairman of Saba's board of directors. Mr. Farshchi served as Saba's COO from June 2011 until his appointment as its interim CEO in March 2013. Prior to joining Saba, Mr. Farshchi was COO of Coremetrics, a provider of web analytics solutions.
