Russell Reynolds Associates Names Former Egon Zehnder Partner as Co-Leader of CEO and Board Advisory Services

January 25, 2015 – Global executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates has recruited Justus O’Brien to the firm to co-lead its integrated CEO and board advisory services group alongside industry veterans Charles A. Tribbett III and Ron Lumbra. Mr. O’Brien will be based out of the firm’s New York office. He joins a global team that combines expertise across a wide spectrum of disciplines. The team comprises former and sitting directors of public company boards, leadership and management consultants, as well as legal, governance, regulatory and communications experts. With over 17 years of search and succession planning experience, Mr. O’Brien most recently served as co-head of the CEO succession practice at Egon Zehnder where his efforts focused on board and succession work at Fortune 100 clients.
