Russell Reynolds Associates Announces Promotions

September 28, 2009 – Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has announced the promotions of David Finke to managing director and Constantine Alexandrakis and Lyndon Taylor to managing directors in its Chicago office. A member of the firm's technology sector, Mr. Finke conducts search assignments for board director, CEO and senior executive level positions for public and private technology companies headquartered in North America, Europe and Asia. He works closely with clients in the semiconductor, systems, EMS and sustainable energy industries. As a member of the technology and board services practices, Ms. Alexandrakis has conducted searches for an array of executive leadership positions in public and private companies. His experience includes recruiting professionals to boards of directors, general management roles, and a range of corporate functions, with an emphasis on information technology. Mr. Taylor is a member of the financial services sector and works with clients in asset and wealth management and global banking in the recruitment of senior leadership talent. Additionally, he has also successfully completed a number of searches for CFO’s and other finance function leaders for services companies in the Chicago-area. Through his work with the firm's diversity practice, Mr. Taylor has also completed several board assignments and worked with clients to more effectively recruit and retain under-represented minority executive talent.
