March 25, 2015 – RSR Partners, a corporate governance and executive search firm, has added E. Thames Fulton as managing director to its board of directors practice. With more than 14 years of experience in board recruiting and governance consulting, Mr. Fulton will serve as a senior advisor to boards, chairmen, and chief executives of Fortune 500, small-cap, and family-owned enterprises. He previously led Cook Associates’ board advisory services practice. Prior to that he gained experience with Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds Associates. Carter L.
