RiseSmart Adds HR Veteran to Advisory Board

September 9, 2013 – RiseSmart, a provider of next-generation outplacement solutions, has added Lora Villarreal, Ph.D. its board of advisors. Dr. Villarreal is the current president of Human Resources, LLC and brings a senior HR perspective to RiseSmart’s board. In her role as advisor, Dr. Villarreal will be involved in strategic advice and serve as a brand advocate and ambassador. Dr. Villarreal brings more than 25 years of business, human resources and administration experience to RiseSmart’s board. In April 2013, she retired from Xerox Business Services, LLC as EVP and chief people officer. Prior to that, she was VP of HR for Transamerica Real Estate Information Companies.
