Relx Group Announcement Appointment of Carol Mills to Board of Directors

DALLAS, TX, March 2, 2016 — Carol Mills was appointed as a non-executive director of RELX Group in March 2016. Carol currently chairs the board of directors and compensation committee of Xactly Corporation. She also serves on the boards of directors of Ingram Micro and WhiteHat Security.

Ms. Mills previously served on the boards of Adobe Systems, Alaska Communications, Tekelec Corporation and Blue Coat Systems. From 2004-2006, she was executive vice president and general manager of the Infrastructure Products Group at Juniper Networks, and from 1998-2002 was CEO of Acta Technology.

Prior to this, Ms. Mills spent 16 years at Hewlett-Packard in a number of executive roles.
