Preston | Reffett Names Managing Director of Government Services

April 8, 2010 – Preston | Reffett, LLC has added Ron Flom as managing director of government services. Mr. Flom joins the firm following a career in both government and military service. Most recently, he served as the associate director for management services, United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM), where he provided leadership over the agency’s human capital, information technology, contracting, and other administrative functions. He served as the chief human capital officer and senior procurement executive for OPM, and as a senior advisor to the OPM director. Mr. Flom retired from the United States Army as a Colonel after a distinguished 29 year career.
