Pinnacle Search Partners Acquired
December 4, 2015 – Atlanta-based executive search firm Pinnacle Search Partners, LLC, has been acquired by veteran business leader William Creekmuir, who has served in a leadership role with the firm since January.
With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Creekmuir brings a depth of knowledge to Pinnacle. As executive vice president and CFO of Atlanta-based Simmons Bedding Company, he worked with three different private equity sponsor groups over an 11-year period. Previously, he served as executive vice president and CFO of publicly traded LADD Furniture, and over a 15-year period worked in the U.S. and Ireland for international public accounting firm KPMG, where he was responsible for college recruiting in the Carolinas and was a partner.

Mr. Creekmuir is active outside Pinnacle, serving on the advisory boards of several private companies and non-profit organizations. He is chair of the advisory board at the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University, a member of the board of trustees at Atlanta’s Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, and a member of the board of directors for YMCA Camp High Harbour.
