Phillips, DiPisa & Associates Appoints Todd Drometer as a new Partner/Owner

HINGHAM, MA, April 17, 2015 — Phillips DiPisa, www.PhillipsDiPisa.com, a retained executive search firm serving the healthcare and life sciences industries, proudly announces that Todd Drometer is now a Partner/Owner.  He had previously served as Vice President/Consultant at the firm.

Todd has more than 25 years of consulting experience in the healthcare industry.  In his work, he served academic and community-based hospital systems, multi-specialty physician groups, and payor organizations.  His broad knowledge of the industry coupled with his commitment to excellent service to clients makes him a valuable addition as a Partner/Owner.  We are excited to add Todd and his energy and enthusiasm to the firm’s leadership team.

He joined Phillips DiPisa after having worked previously at a national search firm, specializing in executive searches for healthcare delivery systems, medical groups, and payor organizations.  Todd also led senior-level searches for healthcare analytics and services companies.
