Penrhyn Expands Asia Pacific Network
December 23, 2015 – Penrhyn International has expanded into Asia Pacific with the addition of The People at Work, a regional executive search firm with offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Manila.
Joo-Lee Aw, founder and managing partner, is joined on The People at Work leadership team by Chong Lian Ong (partner, Singapore) and Cesar Ginete (partner, Philippines).
Established in 2000, The People at Work provides executive search and talent advisory services in Asia Pacific, covering sectors including industrial, automotive, consumer, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, insurance, financial services, infrastructure and real estate. It has experience completing C-suite and senior-level searches across Asian markets, including Singapore, China, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Taiwan.

Earlier this year, The People At Work named Kenneth Leow as partner, strategic talent advisory services. He has more than 25 years of HR, management and sales experience both in corporate and entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Leow previously established a human capital consulting firm that focused on assessment, career transition and business strategy development, with a special focus on the China market. He is presently based in Singapore.
