Pedersen & Partners Opens Offices in Spain and Colombia

December 5, 2011 – Executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has opened offices in Madrid, Spain and Bogota, Colombia. The firm has also added six new consultants. Alvaro Arias joins as partner in charge of Spain and Latin America. He has over 12 years of executive search experience, having held management positions at international executive search firms and specializing primarily in banking, private equity, telecom, media, professional services and industry. Alberto Bocchieri joins as a partner in Spain. He has four years of executive search experience and his areas of expertise include corporate and investment banking, private equity, energy (oil & gas, large utilities, renewable and conventional power), luxury and professional services, with a focus on top executive positions and cross-border assignments. Carlos Recarte O’Ryan joins the Madrid office as principal. He has a decade of experience in the executive search industry in Spain and in Latin America, specifically in Argentina and Brazil. Elisa Martinez de Miguel also joins as a principal in Madrid. She has 13 years of executive search experience and brings expertise in leadership consulting. Puri Paniagua joins Pedersen & Partners in Spain as a principal. Ms Paniagua has worked in the executive search industry for three years, and has previously worked at Accenture for over 20 years, for most of which she was a partner. Her focus is on executive search, management audit, and coaching in the industry sectors of technology, professional services and consumer goods services. Fernanda Garcia joins as country manager for Colombia.
