Partners to Leaders Officially Launched

April 23, 2013 – Veteran recruiter Metin Mitchell has launched Partners to Leaders (P2L), an executive search firm federation creating a more client centric model with a mission to help organizations secure superior talent. “The headhunting industry is ready to be broken up and re-invented,” said Mr. Mitchell, chairman of Partners to Leaders (P2L). “Clients are suffering at the hands of fat cat international executive head-hunting firms on the one hand, and unscrupulous and unregulated 'mom and pop' boutique headhunting firms on the other.” Mr. Mitchell is the managing partner of Metin Mitchell & Company. The firm is based in Dubai's DIFC and serves clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. He previously had a 19 year career with Korn/Ferry International where he held a number of positions including managing director for the MENA region, member of the EMEA management team, managing director for France, and managing VP European e-business practice. The Partners to Leaders federation comprises recruiters from across Europe, Latin America and Asia.
