OrcaEyes Forms Alliance with Center for Human Capital Innovation

February 8, 2011 – The Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI), a for-purpose firm dedicated to improving human capital management across the federal government, has partnered with OrcaEyes, developer of SonarVision Workforce Intelligence Software. The alliance is focused on delivering a workforce planning and business analytics solution to federal agencies and provides an additional layer of support and education to HR leaders within the government. Through education and the use of technology, agencies can begin to identify areas where skill and talent sets need to be developed, as well as areas where technological innovation is the best solution. “Government agencies, at one time, are facing both real budget reductions and massive talent shortages. They are under tremendous pressure to deliver within their mission – and they realize their workforce is the greatest contributor to that delivery,” said Allen Zeman, president of CHCI. “Additionally, for all government organizations, especially those with significant budget reductions in their forecast, human capital management is the most important issue today and for the foreseeable future.”
