Odgers Berndtson Adds Partner in Global Mining and Metals Practice

September 27, 2013 – Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has added Rosario María Astuvilca as a partner in the global mining and metals practice in the firm’s Toronto office. Ms. Astuvilca will focus on the recruitment of senior leaders in corporate roles and mining sites across Canada, the U.S. and Latin America. Most recently at Heidrick & Struggles, Ms. Rosario started her career at a mining company in Peru and also worked in corporate human resources at Falconbridge Ltd. Odgers Berndtson provides executive search services to a wide array of industries.
