Nosal Partners Places CEO at First Federal

October 9, 2009 – Executive leadership solutions firm Nosal Partners LLC has recruited Levon Mathews as chief executive officer of First Federal. Mr. Mathews was previously president of First Federal Bancshares in Sioux City, Iowa.
