NorthWind Partners Recruits President and CEO for NCI

November 30, 2016 – Executive search firm NorthWind Partners has recruited Paul A. Dillahay as president and chief executive officer of NCI Inc. He succeeds Brian J. Clark, who resigned from the positions to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Dillahay is a seasoned executive and results-oriented leader with broad financial, operational and consulting experience and a proven track record of executing transformational change initiatives, developing leaders, and delivering sustainable results. He is experienced in a diverse set of industries, including both commercial capital markets and federal contracting.

Previously, Mr. Dillahay served as CACI International’s health and litigation solutions group executive vice president and in senior management positions at General Electric, Lockheed Martin, U.S. Investigation Services and ASRC Federal.
