North Highland Adds Human Capital Expert

May 31, 2012 – North Highland, a global consulting firm, has added Linda Kerzel to lead its human capital service area. Ms. Kerzel will leverage her 18 years of experience and provide additional insight and perspective in talent management, organization design and complex program management. “Linda brings broad expertise and leadership in human capital and will be instrumental in leading our human capital services as they continue to evolve,” said Albert Rees, vice president and cross market services leader. Prior to joining North Highland, Ms. Kerzel was president and founder of the consulting firm, High Performing Organizations, where she helped clients achieve high performance through organization alignment and management of change. She also served as vice president of management effectiveness at Fidelity Investments and spent 12 years at Accenture in their human performance practice.
