September 23, 2014 – U.K.-headquartered Norrie Johnston Recruitment (NJR) has named Rex Cridland as a recruitment director and Daniel Rackham as a director. With 20 years of search experience, Mr. Cridland’s past roles were director at both Network Executive and Talent Direct. During his career he has helped companies including Apple, Sega, Network Rail, Royal Mail, G4S, Dalkia, TATA, Diageo, XL Insurance and Premier Foods source their senior talent. Mr. Rackham's former roles include associate director at Network Executive; prior to that he was research consultant for Stephen James Associates. Norrie Johnston Recruitment is focused on staffing senior interim and permanent positions using a mix of technology plus traditional search.
