Net Medical Xpress Solutions Acquires Staffing Company

July 8, 2013 – Net Medical Xpress Solutions, Inc., a leader in the telemedicine market, has acquired MedTel Solutions, a telemedicine staffing company based in Huntsville, AL. Under the terms of the agreement, the company issued three million shares to the two founders of MedTel and entered into employment agreements with them that provide stock-based performance bonuses. The deal is expected to be immediately accretive to net income. Dick Govatski, CEO, Net Medical, said, “We welcome Jason Sowash, Matthew Street and their team to Net Medical Xpress. MedTel becomes our newest division, operating under the name “Net Medical Xpress Staffing.”
