Navigant Names Human Capital Officer

March 19, 2013 – Navigant has named Eugene Raffone as executive director and human capital officer. Raffone joins Navigant from Accenture where he served in various human resources positions during his more than 20 year tenure. Most recently, he was the HR lead for the firm's healthcare industry team.
