Navicus Partners with TalentDrive

April 23, 2010 – Navicus, a talent management software provider, has formed a partnership with TalentDrive, the creator of the on-demand resume sourcing technology, TalentFilter. Through seamless integration, this partnership combines the online resume sourcing capabilities of TalentFilter with Navicus’ talent management suite. With over 77.7 million resumes online and over 50,000 resume locations globally, Navicus incorporated advanced sourcing into its solution suite, offering users a tool to leverage the wealth of talent online. Users are able to access the sourcing function directly through their Navicus ATS, bringing them web-based resume searching from a unified platform. “We are continually searching for new ways to streamline the hiring process for our users.
