Nancy Green, Joins Vetted Solutions as Vice President
WASHINGTON, D.C., October 18, 2016 — Vetted Solutions is pleased to announce that Nancy Green, FASAE, CAE will join the firm as vice president, Washington DC office, effective December 1. In her new role, Green will further expand the firm’s executive search services as well as its activities in the areas of succession planning, interim executive appointments, Authentic Onboarding®, and leadership development.
Green brings more than 25 years of experience in the management and leadership of association and nonprofit organizations, notably in the education and healthcare sectors. She is a widely respected speaker and author on all aspects of organizational leadership, drawing upon a highly successful career as an association chief executive.

Green has held senior posts with such noted organizations as the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives (GWSAE), and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She is an ASAE Fellow and plays an active role in exploring and shaping the future of the association and nonprofit profession.

In addition to her experience enhancing the value propositions of associations in order to truly engage the industries and professions they serve, Zaniello also noted Green’s extensive experience in dealing with governance and planning issues, especially involving succession planning, director recruitment, talent development and evaluation, and similar critical leadership matters. “Nancy knows how to deal effectively with boards, CEOs and others at the most senior levels to create a seamless approach to all aspects of leadership,” he said.
