McDermott & Bull Recruits Director of Marketing for Baker’s Drive-Thru
IRVINE, CA, April 13, 2017 — McDermott & Bull, one of the largest executive search firms in the Americas and the fastest-growing firm within the Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Recruiters list, is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Maria Migliore as Director of Marketing with Baker’s Drive-Thru, one of Southern California’s most iconic fast-food chains.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Rod McDermott, CEO & Co-Founder; Jared Moriarty, Associate Principal Consultant; and Brittany Rausch, Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull. Migliore comes to Baker’s Drive-Thru with a strong mix of both agency and corporate experience, and a track record of spearheading new initiatives that have resulted in tremendous growth. She was most recently Manager of Marketing for In-N-Out Burger, focusing on the expansion of In-N-Out’s footprint in Texas. Prior to In-N-Out, Migliore held positions at advertising agencies including O’Leary & Partners, Fuse Interactive, and Foot, Cone & Belding.
Migliore received a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino.
