McCracken Executive Search Recruits Executive Director for ULI

June 24, 2014 – McCracken Executive Search Inc. has placed Richard Joy as the new executive director of Washington, D.C.-based Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Toronto District Council. Paul Weinberg, senior partner, led the assignment. Mr. Joy brings 20 years of urban leadership experience to his new role, across municipal and provincial government and the private sector. He formerly served as senior policy advisor to the Ontario Minister of Municipal Affairs and was also the lead advisor on the City of Toronto Act (2006).
