Martha Hauser Named Head of Health Care Practice at Diversified Search

PHILADELPHIA, October 4, 2016 — Martha Hauser, a well-known thought leader with more than two decades of experience recruiting leaders in healthcare and higher education across the country, has been named the new leader of the health care practice at Diversified Search, one of the top-ten executive search firms in the nation. Hauser assumed her duties immediately

Based in Atlanta, Hauser has earned a national reputation as a visionary and innovative thinker. Her clients include some of the country’s most prestigious hospitals, health care systems, academic medical centers, and service providers in the field, a list that includes Beaumont Health, Carolinas Healthcare System, Sentara Healthcare, Emory Healthcare, and the East Carolina School of Medicine, among others.

A popular speaker, presenter, and innovator, Hauser possesses two master’s degrees— one in business administration, the other in education—from the University of Georgia, and worked as an educational psychologist before entering the field of professional search in 1985. She served as regional health care industry specialist for Spencer Stuart before opening the Atlanta office for Witt Kieffer, which under her stewardship grew into one of the top ten firms in the region. Hauser joined Diversified Search in 2013 as Regional Leader in the health care practice.
