Marlin Hawk Appoints Senior Consultant For U.S. Financial Services Practice

LONDON, August 8, 2016 — Leadership advisory firm Marlin Hawk has appointed Glenn Allen as senior consultant in its Financial Services practice in New York. Allen will provide market intelligence, talent management and executive search services to a range of clients from investment banking, asset management and hedge funds to consumer banking, credit cards and mobile payments.

For the past five years, Allen has been a senior talent acquisition contractor at Citi, in charge of executive recruitment for capital markets and consumer banking. Prior to that he worked for executive search boutiques DS Wolf and Harrison Kat Group, focusing on hedge fund and asset management clients. He also has in-house HR experience gained at Lehman Brothers and Fidelity Investments. Allen holds a degree in Social Sciences from Harvard University.
