Major, Lindsey & Africa Names PR and Communications Head

June 8, 2015 – Search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa has named Kim Myers as its new head of public relations and communications. She will lead internal and external communications for MLA and its executive search affiliate, Allegis Partners. Her role will also include media relations, press engagement, pitching articles and other media opportunities, along with external positioning and messaging for each practice group. Ms. Myers has 17 years of experience in global media relations, strategic communications, image management, crisis communications, product launches and thought leadership.

She most recently served as senior manager of media relations with Arbitron Inc. (now Nielsen Audio) and media relations counsel with newsPros, where she served a number of major international law firm clients. Prior to that, she was vice president of public relations at Brainerd Communicators.

With offices throughout the U.S., London, Hong Kong and Tokyo, Major, Lindsey & Africa is an executive search firm focused on the legal sector.
