Lumesse Adds HCM Veteran to Staff

July 12, 2013 – Lumesse, a global leader in integrated talent management solutions, has named Neal Bruce as director of product strategy. He will be based at Lumesse’s global headquarters in the U.K. and will lead a newly formed product management and marketing group. Mr. Bruce has a successful track record in delivering innovation in the HCM software industry having most recently led product development at Peoplefluent. Prior to that, he held executive appointments at FirstAdvantage, EnticeLabs and led the global innovation group at Monster.
