Lucas Group Names Managing Director in New York

May 5, 2015 – Search firm Lucas Group has named Scott Plumstead as managing partner of the firm's New York manufacturing group. With more than a decade in executive recruiting, Mr. Plumstead brings expertise specifically within the manufacturing and supply chain sector. He will focus his recruiting efforts in the Northeastern market, concentrating on food and beverage, consumer goods, and the heavy industrial products sectors.

Mr. Plumstead joins Lucas Group from TAG-Talent Acquisition Group, LLC where for more than seven years he sourced top manufacturing talent for a wide range of positions throughout the New York City metro area. Prior to that, he was with Robert Half International.

With seven practice groups, Lucas Group recruits for key business functionalities, including accounting and finance, human resources, information technology, legal, sales and marketing, manufacturing and military transition.
