Lucas Group Expands In Tampa

January 6, 2015 – Search firm Lucas Group has named Vincent Gagliano as managing partner in its accounting & finance practice group. Mr. Gagliano will expand the firm's Tampa branch. He joins Michael Decker, Tampa managing partner for the firm’s information technology division, in guiding a team of recruiters dedicated to the Florida market. Mr. Gagliano served as director of recruitment for The Execu|Search Group. In that role, he was responsible for full life-cycle staffing, recruitment and business development, and specialized in recruiting high-performing finance, technology, engineering, and procurement & supply chain professionals.
