Korn Ferry Fills Board Position for UDR, Inc.

July 23, 2015 – Korn Ferry has recruited Mary Ann King as the newest member of the board of directors at UDR, Inc. With the addition of this new independent director, the company’s board will total nine members, eight of which are independent and three are women.

Ms. King is president of Moran & Company, a national brokerage firm specializing in the sale of large multifamily properties and mixed-use properties with significant multifamily components. She co-founded the brokerage business in 1994 with Thomas F. Moran and has been its president since 2002. She is responsible for the firm’s California practice. Ms. King was formerly the VP of acquisitions for Moran & Company’s private equity business.
