Korn Ferry Announces New Additions
March 19, 2010 – Korn/Ferry International has announced additions to its firm. Margaret Lee has joined Korn/Ferry as vice chairman and senior client partner, leading the firm’s Asia Pacific financial officers center of expertise sector. Based in the firm’s Hong Kong office, Ms. Lee will also head up the development of the Chinese enterprise sector for Greater China. Ms. Lee joins Korn/Ferry from Spencer Stuart where she held leadership roles in addition to building a highly respected search practice over 15 years. She led both the financial officers and insurance practices in Asia Pacific and headed the Greater China office for a number of years. Dhruv Prakash has joined Korn/Ferry as senior partner who will lead the firm’s leadership and talent consulting (LTC) practice in India. Based in Gurgaon, Mr. Prakash will continue to strengthen the LTC practice and enhance the client franchise across the India market. Mr. Prakash brings with him over 36 years of industry experience in the areas of management consulting, financial services, corporate finance, manufacturing, oil and gas, chemicals, international trade and marketing. He joins Korn/Ferry from Helion Ventures – a venture capital firm, where he served as a director guiding investment teams to evaluate potential investee companies. Lastly, Rob Hetherington joins Korn/Ferry as president of the leadership and talent consulting business for EMEA. He will be based in London. Mr. Hetherington was previously with Accenture for 17 years, where he most recently served as managing partner in the company's EALA (Europe, Africa and Latin America) management consultancy business. His broad-based management, multicultural consulting experience ranges from banking, products and retail to telecom, utilities and resources industries, as well as the public sector.
